She is certainly a beautiful girl inside and out, and Selena Gomez is featured on the cover of next month’s Teen Vogue issue.

The Disney darling opened up to the mag about a number of things including her first single “Who Says” from her forthcoming third album.


Of the song, Selena told, "I just thought they needed it, because of bullying," she explains. "I hope it inspires them to be who they are."

And as for her Kmart clothing line, Dream Out Loud, Gomez explained, “It all started from a little girl saying that she'd picked out an outfit just like mine. I like flow-y, open clothes, rather than tight-fitting," she says, "although I'm getting a bit more confident in my skin."

She's 18. She has over five million followers on Twitter. She's expected to grace red carpets like a pro alongside actors who've been attending award shows for twice as long as she's been alive. Selena Gomez is under a nonstop microscope and recently said she gets nervous walking the red carpet at glitzy events. Is this some sort of shock?

Selena recently told Look: "It's pretty scary! It's not that I'm not confident in myself, it's just that the red carpet is not somewhere I feel totally comfortable."

Why would she feel comfortable? Most 18-year-olds are applying to colleges and driving around in their Jeeps. She's not supposed to be wired for wearing multi-thousand dollar gowns and getting snapped a gazillion time kissing her teenage boyfriend.

She summarized that it doesn't "come naturally" to her. Yep. She might be more insightful than whoever decided to ask her how it feels to walk the red carpet.

She prefers to keep her personal life personal, for the most part, but Selena Gomez finally opened up about a few things during her recent interview with Seventeen magazine.

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” babe admitted that she and Justin Bieber are falling in love with each other as their relationship progresses.

Selena gushed, "I'm eighteen, and I'm going to fall in love. I'm going to hang out with people, and I'm going to explore myself, and I'm okay with that."

As for fellow Disney darling Demi Lovato, "There's an amount of love that can never -- no matter what -- be taken away or torn apart, no matter the situation. There are certain people who you will always, always love, so if anything, this just reminded me of how much I truly love [Demi]."

The night before the big event, sources confirm that Jelena stayed in a penthouse suite at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, CA.

During their time at the five-star resort, the pair were "affectionate, cuddling and holding hands" while walling along the beach, a witness said.
